I'm such a nerd... -_-

Yeah. I'm a nerd. My whole english class is full of em.
Someday, I want to bring my video camera to school and just tape my english and choir class... cause we have the weirdest conversations. =D

So here we are, in english.
we are talking about grammar and stuff, because aparently we need to know about it by the end of may... :)
Somehow we get into a weird discussion on why middle schoolers use "" quotes when they talk.

EX: So, like, I "went to the store" today, like yeah, and I totally "got the groceries", and I just, like, saw some like totally like amazing shoes....

That's a horrible example... but whatever...

and then we thought that instead of quoting stuff, we should slant it like this. (i think it's called italisize..)

so we tried to come up with an action for it, and we decided that we would tilt our bodies, and put our arms straight up by our heads. (kind of like stretching) xD

You can probably guess what happened afterwards... we came up with totally awesome dance moves for all the punctuation marks.

BOLD=flash your hands by your face and say, BOLD!!

question mark= do the worm in the air while asking a question!!!

comma= roll your head around

exclamation mark= jump up in the air and scream, EXCLAMATION MARK!!!

then we had this crazy idea that we would dress up in freaky eighties clothing and make a video about it.....!!!!! :) :)

and all this started because of grammar...... :) :)


man I love english!!!
